Another Brave New Waves-commissioned piece, recorded this time for their 25th anniversary. Captured live in Toronto, this album is composed of a three-part improvisation. A brutal and cosmic start where saxophone (C. Vernon), clarinet (S. Bélair), violin (L. Lo), babydrum (F. Amireault) and xylophone (M. Marandola) collapse the tower of Babel with their hearts. Follows a delicate pause where a homemade pachinko, record player and pile of mini-discs all bump into one another. A warm and lulling end where a keyboard line floats alongside guitar and clarinet, kind of like an allongé floating alongside tiramisu cake in the late afternoon.
